1) Movicon 11.2 Build 1085 now on release
The Movicon 11.2.1085 update is now officially on release and available from the website “Downloads, Programs” Reserved Area. Those clients wishing to discover all the new implemented features included in this build can do so by logging into the ‘Support’ section using the Login form and clicking on the “Web Site Support Access” link. In addition to the new features, clients will also find FIXES solved by this update in the Bugbase section.
Please be reminded that access to the Reserved Area is free to all Progea Clients and Movicon developers and users who have at least purchased one developer license.
Those who have not yet been enabled access to this area but nevertheless meet the above requirements can contact the Progea Sales Offices quoting name and developer license serial number to receive immediate access activation.
2) USB Smartkey licenses for versions prior to Movicon 11
As communicated last Autumn, the Eutron protection USB Smartkey suppliers used by Progea for more than 15 years have gone out of production. In order to restock warehouse Progea has been forced to change to the SG-Lock USB which is compatible with all versions starting from 11.0.
Progea has recently been able to obtain another batch of Smartkeys supply from Eutron to cater for those clients who cannot update their software to version 11 or need to have extras for safe keep.
Therefore we would like to remind all clients needing USB Smartkeys to inform their local dealers so that we can arrange adequate supplies.
Please also be reminded that license activation “software codes” can be used as an alternative to using the Smartkey and that software update programming contributed with technical help from the Client Support Services for using the new SG-Lock are always available.

3) Progea website information availability
We would like to remind you that all information relating to all our products can be found on our website.
In the ‘Solutions’ section in particular, you will find a list of Movicon drivers, a form for registering products and a link for activating the Movicon CE and PowerHMI licenses autonomously.
All registered and enabled clients can login using the Login Form from the Support Section to access the ‘Go to Web Support’ technical area to find an enriched assortment of examples and faqs, being answers by the Technical Support Team to the most frequently asked questions, a precious knowledgeBase tool dedicated to all Movicon developers containing all the information needed for better know-how of the most sophisticated product mechanisms and to learn more advanced user techniques in addition to solutions and shortcuts to help master the Movicon technology. Furthermore, tutorials, manuals, brochures and product versions can also be downloaded from the appropriate categories listed in the “Downloads” section.
4) Additional new date for Free Training Course in Modena
Due to the large number of enrollments for free training day courses, Progea has decided to fix another date for the Movicon base course at their head offices at Via S. Anna 88/E in Modena for the 25th October 2011 at 9 am to 5 pm.
We invite you all to consider this new date which has been added to the ‘Workshop and Seminars 2011’ schedule found in the ‘Events’ section.
This course is for free but requires pre-enrollment via fax or email.
Coffee Break and Buffet are offered by Progea to all course participants.
