Support and Maintenance Contracts
Support contracts can be subscribed by any company wishing on-line telephone support, on-hand every working day of the week, including updates and mainteinance for Editor licenses with access to the reserved website for bugbase knowledge and downloading hot fixes.

- Drivers by specification : Even though a SDK kit can be provided for those developers wishing to create their own drivers, the Progea Team is also available for designing non-standard communication drivers based on individual customer requirements.
- Customized support: The Progea technicians are on hand to provide Progea partners with support services to solve automation problems with effective solutions based on their vast and expert experience.
- Engineering Assistance : To assist customers and partners in the best way possible, Progea will create special custom applications by developing or by getting Movicon developed according to customer or partner requirements.
